Are you sure you've entered the right email?
User accounts in our app are always linked to an email address. If you’re trying to log into your account but entered a different email address than the one you registered with, our system won’t be able to tell that you’re trying to log in to your old account with this new email address. It will assume you’re trying to create a new account and will take you to the registration section.
Therefore, if you tried to log in using your email address and password and ended up here, we recommend returning to the app’s home page and trying to log in with a different email address. If you need help remembering your original account email address, contact us via WhatsApp and we’ll help you remember it.
Using apple Sign in? Watch ouT!
By default, Apple Sign In has a “Hide My Email” setting enabled. This means our system doesn’t receive the email address you have registered with Apple when you use Apple Sign In, but rather an anonymized address, such as a1b2c3d4e5@privaterelay.appleid.com.
In other words, if you created your account in our app using Apple Sign In, you will always need to log in to your account using Apple Sign In. If you try to log in using your email and password, our system won’t recognize your email address and it will think you’re trying to create a new account. If you want to change your account email so you can use it using your email and password, drop us a line on WhatsApp and we’ll help you out.
If you didn’t create your account using Apple Sign In but want the convenience of accessing the app this way, there’s a solution! Simply disable the “Hide My Email” setting in your iOS device’s settings.
Did you by any chance use Google Sign in?
Be careful when signing in with Google. The email address registered with your Google account may be different from the one you registered with our app. You could also have more than one Google account registered with the easy sign-in feature on your computer/mobile phone, so make sure you’re using the same email address you provided when you created your account with us.
Signing in with Google is great and avoids the need to verify your email address, but be careful with the address you enter to make sure it’s the same one you used to register with us. If our system has never seen your email address before, it will assume you’re a new user and prompt you to create a new account, instead of directing you to the account you already had with us.
